What is your return and exchange policy?
mōshn gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

Sizing
How do I know what size to buy?
All our shoes are sized according to US whole and half-size standards. For the best possible fit, we recommend visiting your local retailer to have your foot measured. You can go ahead and make your purchase at that time.
Do you offer wide and narrow-width footwear?
Yes, many of our styles come in various US sizes and widths will accommodate narrow, medium, and wide feet. Specific size and width information can be found on the style page. We also offer adjustability options, such as laces and flexible knit uppers, that can accommodate many fit concerns.
Will mōshn hurt my feet?
We hope not! Our footwear is engineered to skip the “break-in” period you may have experienced with other brands. Our outsoles and footbeds are made from a proprietary polyurethane formula that provides exceptional shock absorption and superior energy return from the moment you slip on the shoe. If you are experiencing any discomfort, you may have chosen the wrong size. Our customer service department is also here to help. Please call us at 888-388-5564 with any fit questions you may have.
Features
Can I wear an orthotic with KLOGS Footwear?
Many of our mōshn styles are designed with a deep heel cup and come with a removable footbed to accommodate most orthotics and arch support inserts. The Details section of each style will indicate if the style is orthotic-friendly.
Are mōshn styles slip-proof?
Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a slip-proof shoe. mōshn has undergone slip resistance testing, and we are happy to report we exceeded the standards in workplace environments resembling dry, wet, and oily surface conditions on red quarry tile.
Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process and tracking to populate.
Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or outside of the United States. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted to mōshn?
To provide quick and timely shipping, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.
General Question
Can my shoes be re-soled?
We do not recommend resoling your shoes, and for many of our styles, it is not an option.
I need help with the mōshn I purchased from an authorized retailer. Who do I contact?
If you believe there is a defect with the materials or workmanship of any mōshn product, please get in touch with the retailer where you purchased your footwear for assistance. Please have your sales receipt available. mōshn cannot assist with requests on purchases made through unauthorized retailers.
How should I care for my shoes?
Our styles are made from various leather types and fabrics; please take a look at the Care Instructions in the Additional Information section of each shoe page.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using installments with Sezzle?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Sezzle purchase. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy. Sezzle will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Sezzle.
